Women’s Work
Women’s work is a devotion to liberating and empowering women to except, respect, and thrive in all aspects of themselves.
This concept has been going on for millennia, though varies in culture, religion, and experience.
All over the world women are gathering in different ways to empower one another and be there for one another.
Women are sharing skills, tools, and resources to educate each other.
The circle is is one of the oldest ways of social interaction. People would gather in circle all across the globe with all their own meanings behind it, yet one universal truth; infinite.
We are creating a safe container for women to open up and express themselves in new ways.
How often do you get to share how you're truly feeling (bad and good) with someone who is honoring you and listening with love?
When held in a space is that safe, pure, and sacred, we become surprised at how much comes through. Pain, trauma, fear, guilt, all come rushing to the surface and we get to let it out. We dive deep into the authenticity of our existence and rise up in unity. In this space we often realize how fucking awesome it is to be a women and all of our self doubts start to seem silly. As women we have the power to create and by uplifting each other, reassuring each other, and supporting each other we can create an embodied woman collective archetype.
There is a lot of work that is done thats simply indescribable.
Energy. Emotion. Healing.
Some examples of what we do in these spaces :
Ask personal questions.
Do partner exercises.
Journal and share.
Set intentions.
Do releasing rituals.
Practice eye gazing.
Activation ceremonies.
Unlocking the body through many forms of movement and dance.
Activate our voices in sounds and song.
