Wow what to say about this experience. This experience was my first one really coming out of my shell, it was my first experience getting out of my comfort zone, and it was my first experience being introduced to anything spiritual. I was so interested in all of those aspects and I knew I had to make the decision to go. It was my first time really investing in myself, and also it was so completely unknown to what was really going to take place. The first day i was so extremely anxious, but I met so many beautiful strong independent and so IN THEIR POWER women, who inevitably showed me my own power within myself. I felt like I was learning so many amazing things within a few hours of each other, and so much healthy communication, vulnerability, laughs & giggles and learning it's okay to be intimate without being sexual, not even okay but NEEDED. For women to come together and thrive and have a safe space to open up, to learn and grow. This experience catapulted me into SO many transitions afterward, I couldn’t be more grateful.

The Hive is nestled on the pristine shores of Malpaís, Puntarenas — where the jungle meets the sea and magic greets you at the door. Directly in front of the villa, you’ll find the famous Malpaís tide pools (perfect for a sunset soak) and a beloved surf break just a 10-minute stroll up the beach. Swim, snorkel, or wander the sands as monkeys swing overhead and tropical birds put on a daily show.
Getting Here
From San José International Airport (SJO), hop on a 20-minute scenic flight with Sansa Airlines to Cobano (COB). From there, it’s a quick 25-minute ride — by taxi ($60) or pre-reserved rental car — straight to your seaside sanctuary.

To reserve your space, a non-refundable $1000 deposit is required.
This deposit secures your place in the temple and will be applied toward your total investment.
Milk & Honey Retreat Cancellation Policy
We honor the sacred preparation, planning, and energy that goes into creating each Milk & Honey retreat experience. Because this is an intimate, highly curated container with limited spaces, your commitment matters deeply.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Your initial deposit secures your place and is required to hold your spot in this exclusive retreat container.
If you cancel your attendance:
Cancellations made 60+ days before retreat start date may transfer payments (minus deposit) to a future Milk & Honey retreat within 12 months.
Cancellations made 30–59 days before retreat start date may transfer 50% of total payments (excluding deposit) to a future retreat within 12 months.
Cancellations made within 30 days of retreat start date are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Because we curate a small, intentional group and secure accommodations and vendors in advance, last-minute cancellations create a significant impact on the container and logistics.
If you are unable to attend:
You may gift or transfer your spot to another aligned participant with approval from the Milk & Honey team. All transfers must be requested in writing and approved by us to ensure energetic and group integrity.
In the unlikely event that Milk & Honey must cancel or reschedule the retreat:
All payments will be transferable to a future retreat or fully refunded (excluding any personal travel expenses).
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the case of illness, emergencies, or unexpected life events.
By submitting payment and confirming your participation, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and the sacred container we are co-creating together.
