We invite you to take this leap to unite with your soul tribe and dive deep…allowing Her to Take Flight. This transformation deserves a safe and alive container. We will be gathering in a sacred ceremonial space that encourages the activation & remembrance of the divine feminine. Staying in our silly, in our playful, & in our curious.

She will Take Flight as an embodied frequency within you so long as you are open to shedding shame, guilt, and fear. So long as you are willing to dissolve what no longer serves you.

This invitation is for women who are ready to step in their power, who desire to connect with the sanctified sisterhood of the raw feminine and who are excited for an adventure climaxed with awakening. An immersion journey of profound activation as sovereign and liberated women.

Deepening self wisdom, practicing embodiment through movement, song and ritual, joining forces in the union of sisterhood and creating a special container for healing and growth.

We will be exploring all forms of movement, character building, & circus embodiment. Inviting in the wild, free & expressive spirit that the circus brings us & anchoring that spirit into our hearts through ceremony, ritual & intention.

We are trying to honor everyone in this time.

It is financially hard for a lot of people, we have many volunteers who are contributing. We are not trying to make money on this project, so we have made it as cheap as we can. If you have any concerns or need to be set up for a payment plan. Contact Kateri personally.

Here are some of our previous retreats schedules. This is our layout for the week long immersions.Take Flight’s schedule will be released only weeks before the event starts, though some special guests & classes will be shared before then.

Things to Note

✧ All meals will be locally sourced organic plant based. Mostly vegan/vegetarian with tofu, tempeh, egg & some meat as a protein option. Our chief is a wizard.

✧ We will all be taking a journey to Cathedral Rock on Wednesday for photos & a hike. We are feeling into brining a rig to put up close by to get some epic aerial shots with the red rocks in the back.

✧ No workshops or classes are mandatory, yet all are recommended. The week has been specially put Together to cow side with the theme and the goal.

✧ There will be rest time and take note the week will be long days of lots of stimulation.

✧ There will be a sign up sheet for your private Aerial sessions with all the extra time slots. Open to sitting out of some workshops if you want to play or relax. We tried to make the schedule accommodating with lots of extra time for connection.

Kateri Rosemary

Meow to you my sweet sisters! I am Kateri. I have been exploring all forms of expression, movement and creativity most strongly for the past five years. From dance and yoga, to empowerment and activism, I’m developing an alternative way of existence. I’m passionate about being a creator and promoter of the Sisu way (see details in link). Finding fulfillment in circus along with discovering my tribe all over the world has defined so many parts of me. Through performance I seek to inspire and encourage this paradigm shift. As a globe trotter and motivated individual, I try to bridge communities to create a worldwide family for all my networks. I’m passionate about standing up for our youth and planting seeds that will grow into abundance for our new generations. As a teacher and facilitator, I encourage Self Love, Conscious Relating and Integration of the Higher Self as Spirit through all my work. As a student I’m always learning with open eyes and an open heart. I truly believe in deeply sharing my medicine and empowering you to share yours, for this is a way to transcend all adversity into love. In my day to day and in my all my work, I honor ancient practices of prayer and ritual. Bringing us back to our roots. Designing a new world of old ways. I desire more deeply than anything to help people be proud and honored to be themselves. For this, I believe to be medicine this planet and all who dwell on it needs most. I practice sustainability and minimalism and hope to share this with the world so we can all live in a healthier, happier and more abundant place.

I believe in embodiment as an act of revolution.
I believe that the opposite of depression is purpose.

I believe in deconstructing the patriarchy through self love and self awareness.

And I believe we all will be Reborn.

Alexis Udo-Udoma

Alexis Udo-Udoma is a multidisciplinary performance artist specializing in aerial acrobatics, fire dance and movement theatre. She began her journey as an athlete in high school then fell in love with physical theatre and creative ensemble work in college. Her exploration of movement and dance led her to the world of circus arts in 2014. She has had an eclectic training experience with high level coaches including Womack and Bowman in LA and Pilobolus dance theater.  Her performance credits include national Fringe Festivals from NYC to LA, as well as international exposure in Nicaragua and Guatemala. She maintains performance engagements with two aerial entertainment companies Aerial Butterflies and Circasana Entertainment. Alexis is offering an aerial hoop workshop that will teach you to unleash your feminine power from the ground and soar into the air!
