We invite you to take a journey to unite with your soul family and dive deep into an exploration of self, sovereignty, and sisterhood. We will be exploring all forms of healing, connection, and transformation. With our mission of full empowerment alive, this Immersion journey will posses many different levels of initiation. We will be creating a safe, sacred, and selective space. Only allowing in the energy that we see fitting best for this vision. Setting a pathway for remembrance of who we are as women, what we are capable of, and where we come from.
Our limits will be tested, our trepidations will be overcome, and our heart will be cracked wide open. She will awaken as an embodied frequency within you so long as you are open to shedding shame, guilt, and fear. So long as you are willing to allow the divine feminine caress you in a sweet embrace so you may dissolve what no longer serves you. This invitation is for women who are ready to step in their power, who desire to connect with the sanctified sisterhood of the raw feminine and who are excited for an adventure climaxed with awakening. An immersion journey of profound activation as sovereign and liberated Women. We will be deepening self wisdom, practicing embodiment in all forms of movement, song, ritual, and joining forces in the union of sisterhood. Our goal is to work through the layers that are holding us back and grow into a fully aware, alive, and activated Embodied Women!

What to expect
✧ All meals will be locally sourced organic plant based. Mostly vegan/vegetarian with tofu, tempeh and sometimes egg as a protein option. Our vegan chief is a wizard.
✧ Circle Work will be our morning check in. Allowing the space for connection and space holding.
Note: Workshops will be added here
✧ No workshops or classes are mandatory, yet all are recommended. The week has been specially put Together to grow with the theme and the goal.
✧ There will be rest time and take note the week will be long days of lots of stimulation.
✧ There will be a sign up sheet for your private reiki sessions with all the extra time slots. We made the schedule accommodating with lots of extra time for fun.
As all of our Sisu Sisterhood Retreats, the schedule will be set up with a mixture of Movement, Education and Ceremony space. Every activity, class, and workshop is specially curated to go with our Queens of the Nocturnal theme.
Layout for our week of metamorphosis. Both weeks workshops and classes will be different, but layout is the same.
Monday : Arrival & settle in. Family dinner. Opening ceremony.
Tuesday: Morning meditation. Morning movement. Breakfast. 11am workshop. Lunch. 2pm workshop. Family dinner. Evening Activity.
Wednesday: Morning meditation. Morning movement. Photo shoots. Lunch. Creative hike to Cathedral rock. Family dinner. Evening sound bath & hypnotherapy.
Thursday: Breakfast. Circle work. Lunch. 2pm workshop. Dinner.
Friday: Breakfast. Closing ceremony, Clean up, Goodbyes.
Our full schedule will be released closer to September.

The Moondance Sanctuary
With intention and care we have found the perfect venue for this immersion.
The Space :
Nestled right outside of the touristy areas of Sedona, in the valley of Oak Creek, the Moondance sanctuary is a dream come true. With majestic views of Cathedral Rock, elegantly furnished home and privately located at the end of Moondance road. There are 8 bedrooms and 6 baths, fully equipped kitchen, lots of living space, covered deck, all resting on 1.7 acres of beautiful Sedona land. We will have exclusive access to our nearby creek on the land, a pond in the front yard, 3 aerial rigs set up, and dozens of close by trails. Our bedrooms are each created with love and art. the lavender room, the sage room, the yang room, ect. You will be sharing a room with to three sisters. This venue has be carefully selected by our Sisu team to ensure this experiences deep awakening.

Week One : Testing Boundaries Bootcamp
Full Disclosure; no workshops are mandatory & you can always take space to rest, thought the goal is to see how far we can push our bodies.
Aerial. Dance. Yoga. Intensive.
We have an exciting week full of amazing workshops that will push us out of our comfortability and into our transformation. As always, bringing in incredible teachers from all over to share their expertise on all things Aerial, Dance, and Yoga. We will have three aerial rigs set up on the property, with lyra, silks, hammock, trapeze and a pole set up outside. We will be working on character development, performance accuracy, sacred clowning, stage presence, and learning how strong we are! We will be doing a passion show at the end of the week for everyone to share their magic. This retreat is not just for experienced performers or “really talented” yogis, we welcome all levels and accommodate to all levels.

Week Two : Restorative, Regenerative, Integrative
Take a week off of your life to just RELAX and give yourself the space to be pampered.

We will be having lots of creative crafty workshops, message and partner work, herbalism and collagen message, Yoni steams and face masks, clay and fruit body masks and more!! We will have a couple teachers offering workshops on various art, such as bead work and painting. Also bringing in guest teachers to share hair masks, foot scrubs and mani/pedicures. Big exciting news!!! I have booked my absolutely amazing tattoo artist for this retreat. She will be offering each woman a small tattoo to choose from various designs she has to offer us at the end of the week!! Very excited about this happening, solidifying our sisterhood with a blood bond (; and something that will stay with us forever.
