As we gather in pure ceremonial space that is going to activate & draw forth the divine feminine as an embodied frequency in you. Shedding the shame, guilt & fear. Dissolving what no longer serves you. This invitation is for women who are seeking answers, are called to practice ancient ritual & prayer, that desire more deeply than ever to connect with the sanctified sisterhood of the raw feminine & who yearn to be reborn as an embodied wombn. An Immersion Journey of self discovering & reassurance. We will be deepening self wisdom, practicing embodiment in all forms of movement/song/ritual, joining forces in the union of sisterhood & creating a sacred container for healing & growth. Our ability to heal the universal collective is VITAL on this planet & in these times of deep purging in humanity. By gathering as embodied women, we energetically send medicinal frequencies out into the infinite wave lengths. Those frequencies will effect one that will effect another & our love ripples will spread. You WILL feel it. The whole world will feel it. This is our time to Step Up & Speak Out. To use the tools we have to Empower & share Education. The collective consciousness is growing & we need it now more than ever. We honor each & every being for all they are doing now & always. Foundations of Our Name
There are many definitions of ‘Mistress’ yet the first one that comes up is “A woman in a position of authority or control.”
A woman possessing Power.
A woman tapped into her Power
A woman owning her Power and using it for good.
Other words that come up: Master, Leader, Authority, Ownership, Employer, Respected, Adorned, Admired, Desired.
Mmm. For me that strongly resonates.. it makes me feel very empowered to identify myself and my peers with this term. I hope you can understand my interpretation, there is no intention of disrespect or neglect for the other meanings of the word. It is also used in a way of explaining a woman who is sleeping with a married man.. but also used as a term for a wise (older) woman having a long term sexual relationship with a man who adores her and will do anything for her. There are different cultures that have adapted this word into many things. I am not focusing on any of those definitions. I’m focusing on the original definition and my own personal translation. The Mistress is Powerful and not scared to take ownership of her narrative. She is wise and holds many depths. She is strong and able to lead in righteousness. She is deeply respected and truthfully lusted after for her confidence. She is aware of her ability to create anything and is assured that she will not be stopped. I like to refer to myself as a Mistress at times.. also I find myself seeking to become one someday. Whether or not we possess the knowledge of who we are or where we’re going we can always remember that this Mistress lives inside us. She will guide us, if only we listen. She is all that we are and all that we ever will become… and she is VERY powerful.
When searched the definition of ‘Exalted’ :
“A person placed at a high or powerful level; held in high regard.”
“In a state of extreme happiness.”
“Make noble in character; dignify.”
In Latin ~ ex = upward altus = high
It is a definition that gives me chills. Reminds me of spirit. Redefines my idea of humility. Takes my heart to a peaceful place of feeling connection to source. I am so grateful we have come up with words that help define unique and unexplainable feelings. Words are our first way of communication with ourselves and each other and they hold a lot of influence. Finding ways to express our truest selves. An inspiring brother said “what is the use of language if we don’t say what we feel?” We are on a path of accomplishing exalted existence, aren't we? Speaking our truth and understanding it is a big first step.
I want to also highlight my understanding of linguistic reclamation. I have such a deep belief in words. They hold so much p o t e n c e and yet when we overuse or underuse words, sadly they can loose their power and become more dull. Derogatory and controversial words are created for oppression. That energy gives it power over someone or something. When we choose to create our own, more defined and empowering definitions for words they can be used as a source of love and truth.
Breaking the stereotypes of what these words imply… and thinking outside the box. People tried to turn “Mistress” into a diminishing phrase when in actuality it is a pragmatic. It’s a very rich and potent word that holds great value. I’m reclaiming it and I invite you to with me. Let’s reclaim all the words that have been twisted into something of ill intent and call upon there true meanings.
Exalted Mistress... mmmm. Gives me chills.
Exalted Warrior.. Exalted Empress.. Exalted Divine Feminine in its highest.. This is what we are dropping into. This is what we are exploring. This is who we are. We need to come together and be reminded of this. Be reminded of the sisters who’ve walked before us and aware of the sisters who shall walk behind. Creating a sacred environment for us to thrive in as one being. For us to shed our fears and be vulnerable in the light. I ask you to ask yourself:
Do I create this space in my everyday life? How can I do better at that?
The Space
4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 7 beds
Located near the north shores of Kauai in a small town called Princeville. The two story house is approximately 3400 square feet and was newly built in 2006. Fully furnished with all fresh and cozy vibes. Amenities include two-car garage, a den, a large living space, a outdoor patio and balcony. A beautiful kitchen and dining space. It is in walking distance from Anini Beach and close to stores & restaurants if anyone needs anything. The home is fully equipped with amenities!!! You don’t need to bring sleeping gear or even a towel or soap if you don’t want to. The kitchen space is fully set up and the two car garage has extra space for bike rentals or anything needed.
This is a dream. Getting this property is such a blessing and I can’t wait to share this space.

What to expect
✧ All meals will be locally sourced organic plant based. Mostly vegan/vegetarian with tofu, tempeh and egg as a protein option. We will have fresh fruits and veggies delivered in the middle of the week. Our vegan chief is a wizard.
✧ Circle Work will be our morning check in. Allowing the space for connection and space holding.
Note: Workshops will be added here
✧ No workshops or classes are mandatory, yet all are recommended. The week has been specially put Together to cow side with the theme and the goal.
✧ There will be rest time and take note the week will be long days of lots of stimulation.
✧ There will be a sign up sheet for your private Reiki session with all the extra time slots. Open to sitting out of some workshops if you want to get it done earlier. Early and late slots as well.
Expect to be taken out of your comfort zone.
Expect to be pushed into new territory.

International Aerialist and Circus Performer, Aerial Yoga Dance Teacher, New Generations Activist, Divine Feminine Awareness Enthusiast
Aloha sweet sisters! I’m Kateri. I have been exploring all forms of expression, movement and creativity most strongly for the past five years. From dance and yoga to empowerment and activism, I’m developing an alternative way of existence. I’m passionate about being a creator and promoter of the Sisu way.(See details in link). Finding fulfillment in circus along with discovering my tribe all over the world has defined so many parts of me. Through performance I seek to inspire and encourage this paradigm shift. As a globe trotter and motivated individual, I try to bridge communities to create a worldwide family for all my networks. I’m passionate about standing up for our youth and planting seeds that will grow into abundance for our new generations. As a teacher and facilitator, I encourage Self Love, Conscious Relating and Integration of the Higher Self as Spirit through all my work. As a student I’m always learning with open eyes and an open heart. I truly believe in deeply sharing my medicine and empowering you to share yours, for this is a way to transcend all adversity into love. In my day to day and in my all my work, I honor ancient practices of prayer and ritual. Bringing us back to our roots. Designing a new world of old ways. I desire more deeply than anything to help people be proud and honored to be themselves. For this, I believe to be medicine this planet and all who dwell on it needs most. I practice sustainability and minimalism and hope to share this with the world so we can all live in a healthier, happier and more abundant place.

My name is Courtney, and I have been teaching yoga and other movement modalities in my home city of Washington D.C. and globally for over 6 years. My passion for exploration has led me to over 30 countries around the world, where I’ve taught, practiced, and established a global network of connections and creative professional pursuits. In my yoga teaching, as in my travels, I focus on facilitating playful, heartfelt exploration and connection. I encourage students into relationships with the body and the mind that are both joyous and compassionate- guided by gratitude and trust. I help students, on the mat and in their lives, allow room for play, challenge, ease, mistakes, triumphs, slowness, vivacity, and love. I live and teach empowered by a global ecosystem of movement and music traditions, and in sharing my insights, hope to inspire wisdom, wonder, and empowerment. To this women’s gathering, I bring yoga classes and workshops, dance inspired flows, talks on travel, business advising, and world music sharing. My yoga teachings exhibit a fusion of the traditions of Ashtanga and Prana, and my philosophy is built by the traditions of communities around the world. My name is Mahsa. If there’s one thing I’m most passionate about in this life, it’s healing work. I truly believe I was born on this earth into the tough circumstances I was given so that I could experience it all: the pain, the suffering, the fear, the intense feelings of self-hatred and inadequacy— to heal it from the inside out. I had to know what the lowest of the lows felt like so that I could find my way out, align with my passion, and help people navigate through their own personal darknesses in a more intimate way. I have gathered countless tools through my own personal healing journey. But my favorite healing modalities are what I now offer to clients. I studied psychology throughout college and I am now working as a certified Hypnotherapist and EFT Practitioner. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of these tools when they are paired together. Hypnotherapy is used to communicate directly with the subconscious mind to undo any of the harmful thoughts/beliefs/behaviors/desires that one collects throughout their lifetime. Once they are uncovered and released, new core beliefs can be introduced to take their place. It is essentially a means to re-write the script you are operating from to something that better suits your needs today. EFT is an energy healing technique that helps release trapped emotions in the body to clear the channel fully. Once emotional blockages pass through, it is so much easier to feel present and aligned to your own soul’s calling. That’s my goal for everyone that I work with, because I truly believe we all deserve to live heart-centered, fulfilling lives. And if we have the power to re-write our stories and change the trajectory of our lives… why not?

Hello sisters! My name is Gaia Love, a title given to me at birth and a title that has truly shaped my perspective on the world. It’s all Love babes, it’s the answer to it all! This gift of life we’ve been given is so precious, such an amazing journey and my souls mission is to bring the Love back into peoples hearts and the light back into our souls. Among many outlets, I’ve found that the offering of delicious soul food cooked with love and intention can ignite the spirit inside. It’s a universal language, understood by all. Through out this retreat your soul will be nourished to the core, but we can’t forget about our bellies! We will hold three full meals a day as well as offer fresh fruit and refreshments in between, because it’s important to keep our bodies fueled! Along our week spent together, I’ll be taking you through a gastronomical journey inspired by flavors from across the world. Accompanying each meal, I’ll share the nutritional benefits of key ingredients and the stories and history behind certain dishes. Our meals will be primarily prepared with ingredients sourced locally from the island and our kitchen will be entirely plant based. However, we will have fresh eggs for those who desire the extra protein!
